This is why I don’t collect payment until we connect. I want to be sure that the parent is willing to receive communication from me during this sacred time. AND I want to be sure I have the time to commit to getting your keepsake to you in a timely manner so I don’t accept jobs where due dates are super close together. (You should hear back from me in 1-2 business days.) I also like to collect payment in the way most comfortable to you.
Please always feel free to email me when looking for advice on pregnancy and postpartum periods, even if you don’t purchase a video. I don’t know everything, but I have tons of great resources.
